User Agreement

This User Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the relationship between the individual User (“User”) and the Owner and Administrator of the online portal l2ukraine.online (“Operator”).
By accessing or using the Website or Portal, the User confirms that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

1. DEFINITIONS

Operator – the legal owner of the portal https://l2ukraine.online, responsible for administering and maintaining the platform and providing Users with access to its services, including paid services, under this Agreement.

User – a natural person who visits or participates in projects of the portal https://l2ukraine.online. The User is a party to this Agreement.

Portal – the Operator’s technical and software infrastructure that hosts and operates the online environment. Access to the Portal is granted exclusively by the Operator. All intellectual property rights belong solely to the Operator.

Website – the online site located at https://l2ukraine.online.

Services – access to and use of the Portal, its functions, features, and participation in projects provided by the Operator. Unless otherwise stated, Services are provided free of charge.

2. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT

2.1. The Operator provides an unlimited number of Users with access to the Portal and its Services under the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
2.2. The User acknowledges that the primary purpose of the l2ukraine.online projects is to organize leisure and entertainment activities, which are not related to gambling or games of chance.

3. ACCEPTANCE AND EFFECTIVENESS

3.1. This Agreement becomes effective for the User upon acceptance.
3.2. Acceptance occurs when the User registers an account on the Portal or otherwise uses its Services, thereby signifying full and unconditional consent to all provisions and attachments of this Agreement.
3.3. A User who does not agree with the terms of this Agreement must immediately cease using the Website and the Portal.
3.4. The Portal may only be used after the User has accepted the terms of this Agreement.
3.5. By accepting this Agreement, the User confirms their legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. The Operator is not obliged to verify the accuracy of registration data provided by the User.

4. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES

4.1. User Rights

The User has the right to:

  • Use the Portal exclusively for personal, non-commercial purposes and in compliance with this Agreement.

4.2. User Obligations

The User agrees to:

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information when registering on the Portal.

  • Take all necessary measures to ensure the confidentiality and security of their account credentials.

  • Provide proof of personal data if requested by the Operator.

  • Comply with all lawful instructions issued by the Operator.

  • Respect the Operator’s intellectual property rights.

  • Use the Portal solely for entertainment purposes and not for financial or material gain.

4.3. Prohibited Actions

The User is strictly prohibited from:

  • Exploiting software errors (“bugs”) or vulnerabilities, gaining unauthorized access to data or systems, or modifying program code.

  • Using malicious software or automation tools that create unfair advantages.

  • Registering or operating multiple accounts (“multi-accounting”) using identical or related personal data, IP addresses, or devices. All such accounts will be permanently blocked without refund.

  • Restricting access for other Users.

  • Engaging in fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful activities.

  • Advertising unrelated products or services without written consent from the Operator.

  • Using obscene or offensive language, issuing threats, or distributing materials that promote violence, discrimination, or pornography.

  • Discrediting or engaging in negative publicity about the Portal, including outside of its online environment.

The Operator reserves the right to modify or supplement User rights and obligations, with notice sent to the User’s registered contact details or published on the Website.

4.4. Operator Rights

The Operator has the right to:

  • Modify, suspend, or terminate any Services at any time, without prior notice.

  • Manage all processes within the Portal at its sole discretion.

  • Impose sanctions on Users who violate this Agreement, including account suspension or deletion.

  • Edit or remove User content or data posted on the Portal.

  • Collect, monitor, and store identification and statistical data about Users.

  • Send technical or promotional communications related to the Portal and its Services.

  • Protect its intellectual and proprietary rights through all lawful means.

  • Modify or update the Portal and its content without prior notice.

  • Enforce this Agreement at any time, even if violations were previously ignored.

4.5. Limitation of Liability

The Operator shall not be liable for:

  • Any loss or damage to the User’s data, hardware, or software arising from use of the Portal.

  • Direct or indirect losses resulting from Portal downtime, third-party actions, or unauthorized data access.

  • User communications, statements, or unlawful conduct within or outside the Portal.

  • Loss of access credentials or virtual assets.

  • Continuous, error-free, or uninterrupted Portal operation.

  • The User’s Internet access quality or data transmission speed.

4.6. No Warranties

The Operator does not guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation of the Portal.

  • That the Portal will meet the User’s expectations or intended purpose.

The Operator is under no obligation to provide evidence of User violations or details of disciplinary actions.
Use of the Portal is voluntary and at the User’s sole risk. The User acknowledges and accepts all associated risks and waives any material claims against the Operator.

5. CONFIDENTIALITY AND SECURITY

5.1. “Confidential Information” includes data obtained by the Operator during registration or the User’s activity on the Portal.
5.2. Confidential Information shall not be disclosed or shared with third parties, except as provided herein.
5.3. Personal data may be disclosed only:

  • Upon official request from authorized law enforcement authorities; or

  • With the User’s explicit consent.
    5.4. The Operator employs security software to protect User data; however, full protection cannot be guaranteed in cases of unauthorized third-party access.

6. ADDITIONAL PAID SERVICES

At the User’s request, the Operator may provide Additional Paid Services granting enhanced Portal functionality.
These services are optional and not required for general Portal access.

Once payment has been processed, the service is considered fully rendered and non-refundable.
The Operator may retain personal information necessary for the provision of paid services.

Only information published on the official Website or Portal regarding paid services and pricing is valid.
The Operator bears no responsibility for fraudulent offers or payment issues occurring on third-party resources.

The User is solely responsible for transaction costs, including bank or payment system fees.

If the User is under 18 years of age, they must obtain prior consent from a parent or legal guardian. The act of purchasing a paid service constitutes confirmation of such consent. The Operator reserves the right to request written proof of consent and identification.

Responsibility for any purchases and financial transactions rests solely with the User and, where applicable, their legal representatives.

Paid Services are available only after full payment is received.

7. REFUND POLICY

All payments for Additional Paid Services are final and non-refundable once the service has been provided.
Funds spent on digital goods or services are considered fully utilized upon delivery.

8. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

ALL SERVICES PROVIDED THROUGH THE PORTAL ARE OFFERED ON AN “AS IS” BASIS.
THE OPERATOR DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

THE PORTAL AND ITS OPERATOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE PORTAL OR ITS SERVICES.

9. ADDITIONAL PROVISIONS

9.1. Users who are prohibited by their local laws (including age restrictions) from accessing the Portal must refrain from its use. The User bears full responsibility for compliance with applicable national and international laws.
9.2. Invalidity of any provision of this Agreement shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
9.3. Any disputes between the parties shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If unresolved, disputes shall be governed by the laws of Ukraine.
9.4. The Operator may amend this Agreement at any time without prior notice. All changes take effect immediately upon publication on the Website. The User is responsible for reviewing the current version of the Agreement. Continued use of the Portal constitutes acceptance of all modifications.

By registering an account or otherwise using the services of l2ukraine.online, the User confirms full understanding and acceptance of this Agreement.
